It’s been a little while since I shared my Autumn/Winter must-haves so it’s about time!
You know you’re getting old when you get more excited about new toilet blocks & grocery shopping than a new pair of jeans 😉
Astonish Concentrated Peach blossom Disinfectant – This smells so beautiful, sweet and refreshing. It lasts forever as you only need a tiny amount mixed with water and it works very well on most surfaces.
Comfort Winter Sparkle Fabric Conditioner – I tried so many different brands but in the end I always go back to good, old Comfort. The fragrance lasts longer than other fabric conditioners and I love this Christmas scent!
Astonish Cup Clean – This is literally a life-saver and I really wish I had found this product earlier. It removes all the coffee/tea stains from the cups and restore its whiteness. You only need a small amount of powder so it’ll last forever.
I’m a huge fan of coffee but since I challenged myself to cut on the caffeine, I want to enjoy my one cup of coffee a day to the fullest. I found those 2 instant coffees at Tesco and immediately fell in love (especially the coconut one).
Tesco Cinnamon Dusting – Ideal for hot drinks and oats.
Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur – I actually bought it for a friend of mine and he said it was so good I then had to get one for myself and ohhhh my, this liqueur is so delicious!
The best things in life are chocolate – and this new Ferrero Roche one is literally a golden experience.
Olverum Bath Oil – This is one of my ”Winter survival kit” essentials. This oil is such a miracle, it smells divine, makes me so incredibly relaxed and softens my skin, I’m a huge fan!
LUSH Yog Nog Shower Gel – There’s no place like Lush! I would love to show you my favorite lush bath bombs but honestly I use them in the blink of an eye. The Yog Nog Shower Gel is my golden, winter must have, it’s glittery and smells fabulous.
REN Clean Skincare Clarimatte Invisible Pores Detox Mask – THE BEST detox mask ever! Something I’d definitely repurchase. Thanks REN for never disappointing me.
Bielenda Professional Face Algae-Gel Mask Cucumber & Aloe – Algae & Aloe Vera peel-off mask that I absolutely adore. It brightens and smoothes my skin and lasts forever.
Navinka – T-Zone + Cheeks – This duo has completely changed my daily skincare routine. I was quite skeptical at first and thought ”Ohh, just another good-looking product” and didn’t really expect any phenomenal results but.. I was sooo wrong! It absorbs immediately, my skin feels so healthy and soft and more importantly it doesn’t clog my pores. I also love the packaging, it’s so aesthetic I want to display it in the CENTER on my dressing table and it’s easy to travel with too. The applicators are just perfect, I love long-lasting products especially the ones that really work wonders on my skin so this is a big, big YES from me!
Lanegie Vanilla Lip Sleeping Mask – My all time favorite! Soothes and protects my lips from being chapped through the winter. This is has been a game changer for me.
Gisou hair perfume – Was it a necessary purchase? No. But I love its beautiful, honey infused, sweet fragrance.
Sol De Janeiro hair mask – BEST HAIR MASK EVER! Leaves my hair so soft and shiny.
Moroccan Oil – This has become a part of my daily haircare routine a while ago, influenced by the beauty gurus – I simply love this miracle oil.
L’Oréal Professionnel Serie Expert Silver Shampoo – The only purple shampoo that didn’t dry my hair. It lasts for up to 4 washes and doesn’t have this typical, funny smell.
Exfoliating Cleansing Milk – This hand wash is perfect for dry hands.
Green Oil for nails & cuticles – nourishing, hydrating and absorbs easily.
MENOKIN DAILYCARE 3-STEP – This was a nice surprise, a brand randomly found on Instagram that I immediately fell in love with. Such a golden trio!
The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution – An absolute must have. I’ve been using it for over 2 years now, not just for my face but for other parts of my body where I feel I need an extra care.
The Body Shop Aloe Calming Toner – Very gentle and soothing, suitable for sensitive skin & eyes, I’ve been using it everyday for the past 2 months and will definitely repurchase.
YSL – Touche Éclat Blur Primer & Touche Éclat Le Teint (foundation) – Old but gold, this primer feels like an ”smooth effect” Instagram filter that blurs all the imperfections, smells beautifully and brightens my skin. The foundation is very light-coverage, ideal for everyday use.
Miller Harris Scherzo Hand Cream – Quite pricey but smells divine and works very well on dry skin.
Summer Fridays’ ‘Lip Butter Balm’ – My only concern is the packaging, I really don’t see a point of tube lip balms – so inconvenient! Yet it’s one of my favorite and actually working lip balms.
Lost In Amalfi 24h Lasting Click Mascara – Just a random (airport) purchase that turned into one of my top mascaras!
NYX Professional Makeup Epic Ink Liner – Ohhh my, I’ve been using this eyeliner for years, since I was a teenager and my life would be incomplete without it.
Movies & Series
- Control Z – Teen series but actually very interesting.
- The office – Old but gold!!
- Clickbait – Really enjoyed it. THE PRESSURE!!
- Squid Game – You probably expected this one but yeah, I actually loved the Squid Game. Shocking, partly brutal and emotional at the same time.
- Yara – This is a new release, a story of disappearance & murder of Yary Gambirasio.
- Ginny and Georgia – Silly and funny, I loved the main characters and the ”real-life” storyline.
The Act – Absolutely shocking, true story. I think the acting was quite poor/overacted, however the story itself is very sad.
Cruel Summer – It’s rather for teens but I honestly enjoyed it, especially the 90’s-vibe part. Quite chaotic but interesting and you really have to pay attention to get it.
